Some of Braque's more inventive techniques included mixing pigment with sand and metal filings, and creating compositions of pasted paper collage, known as papier colles.Summary: Braque offers more than 70 full-color illustrations of the artist's works, encompassing all phases of his artistic maturity and placing him at the forefront of the early 20th-century art scene.
