Started in England in the second half of the nineteenth century, the Arts and Crafts movement sought to produce handmade objects that were both useful and decorative. Designers worked in a variety of styles, with links to Art Nouveau and the Bauhaus school. This collection of 125 newly rendered arts and crafts designs by Marty Noble, from textiles, wallpaper, vases, and other authentic sources, depicts florals and insects etched into glassware, lovely floral prints on pitchers, garlands of flowers in square and circular configurations, dragonflies adorning decorative bowls and platters, and much more. An inspirational and practical source of superb illustrations, this permission-free collection will appeal to graphic artists, designers, and other workers in the arts and crafts.
