Sultry Spanish painter Juan Antonio introduces himself and immediately offers to whisk them away for a weekend of sightseeing and threesomes. But there is an ex-wife, who soon appears. Maria Elena is wildly beautiful, wildly brilliant, wildly moody, and wildly wild. There is wine, melancholy music, soulful talk of art and emotions and tales tempestuous relationships.
