Three workouts: burn off -- upside down -- firming.
The upside down demonstrates inverted postures that harmonize the systems of your body. Poses: crescent pose, cobra, gate latch pose, headstand and yoga sound. Burn off uses time-tested postures to burn off calories, toxins, and fat. Also strengthen and reshape the body without the wear and tear of aerobics. Poses: open arrow, camel stretch, hanumanasana, double angle pose and yoga song. Firming is designed for beginners and for those who haven't exercised for awhile. Easy ways to loosen stiff joints, strengthen abdominals, firm buttocks and calm and tone nerves are shown. Poses: extended vishnu pose, stretching dog, plough, threaded spinal twist, and yoga sound.
