This study looks at outsourcing services has on the unemployment dilemma that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The KSA has been suffering from a high rate of national unemployment and the unemployment rate has increased significantly over the past ten years. The KSA took brave and challenging steps when they opened trade opportunities with foreign companies, at the same time trying to encourage the local companies and institutions to set up as well.
