"Great expectations": Pip is a humble orphan who suddenly becomes a gentleman with the help of an unknown benefactor. "Lord of the flies": Shipwrecked on an island, the castaway boys eventually revert to savagery despite the few who attempt to prevent it. "The most dangerous game": A mad hunter arranges for a ship to be wrecked on an island where he can indulge in some sort of hunting and killing of the passengers. "Oliver Twist": An orphan boy runs away from a workhouse and meets a pickpocket on the streets of London.
