"The papers contained in this volume are based on presentations originally delivered at a workshop entitled Air/Missile Defense, Counterproliferation and Security Policy Planning: Implications for Collaboration Between the United Arab Emirates, the United States and the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) Countries. Each of the papers was substantially revised and updated in the Fall of 1998 to reflect the most current developments.
